IIS is a boutique Immigration Consulting firm registered in British Columbia, Canada with a strong commitment to providing authorized and trustworthy immigration services.

Founded by William Kin Min Ng a.k.a. William Ng, a skilled -worker immigrant himself, who saw the need for quality and personalised migration services from people he met around the globe while travelling. When William repeatedly chanced upon people, who in their words, looking for “genuine and honest” Canada Immigration Consultant, he decided to become a Regulated Canada Immigration Consultant ‘RCIC’ in order to extend his passion to help others to start their own journey to Canada.

William, then in his sixties, successfully passed the Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures Diploma and become a good standing member of the College of Immigration Consultant Canada “CICC”, the statutory authority governing immigration consultants in Canada.

William has a Master in Science (Education Technology), Fellow member of Institute of Public Accountants, Australia, and held the Certified Financial Planner professional certification. He is now a licensed member of the College of Immigration Consultant Canada ‘CICC, practicing under IRWIN IMMIGRATION SERVICES and brings to the table over 45 years of experience in education, investment banking, accounting, financial planning, and business development to help his clients.

Irwin Immigration Services is a small owner-operated regulated immigration consulting firm. Recognising that each individual has different needs, IIS do not use one-size-fits all approach. Adopting innovative medium to provide personalized service, we want our clients to feel that each case is treated with close attention and the dedication by the consultant as if his own.

I only offer virtual consulting. All consultations are done on-line face to face through the use of technology, by computer or phone, with the RCIC though occasionally by special arrangement there are in-person meetings with clients that are in British Columbia.
This way I believe I could reach a wider audience across Canada and the globe where there are always people seeking for an honest and genuine consultation from a licensed immigration consultant.

Immigration, Refugees, & Citizenship Canada has a wide variety of programs, in fact there are over a hundred. Coupled with frequent introduction of new policies it is challenging for an untrained person to understand and navigate.
