Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Are you a recent international graduate student or a foreign worker in Canada?

To be eligible, you must meet all specific requirements:

You must have accumulated at least 12 months of full-time or an equivalent of part-time work experience in an occupation classified under NOC O, A or B level in Canada in the 3 years prior to applying PR

Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
Are you a foreign professional or an experienced skilled worker that would like to permanently work and live with your family in Canada?
The Canadian Express Entry- FSW program is an immigration program designed for skilled foreign workers to migrate to Canada
Applicants are ranked based on a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, which considers information about their skills, education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. The highest-ranking candidates are issued the invitation to apply for permanent residency.
To be eligible, you must:

Have professional work experience of at least 1 continuous year of full-time paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time continuous employment listed in the NOC (O, A or B) in the last 10 years. OR Qualify for Arranged Employment in Canada with a full-time, permanent job offer from a Canadian employer along with a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or without an LMIA if you are exempt.

A Canadian diploma, certificate, or credential AND/OR a foreign educational credential, and an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) by an agency approved by IRCC to show it is equal to a completed Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational credential.

Meet the minimum language score of CLB 7, or equivalent.

Have settlement funds to support yourself and your family for six months after arrival in Canada.

Provincial Nominee
British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a pivotal pathway for skilled workers, entrepreneurs, and investors aiming to make British Columbia (BC) their new home.
The BCPNP program gives British Columbia the ability to match immigrants’ skills to British Columbia employers’ and labour market needs. It allows British Columbia to nominate people for permanent resident status, and have their application fast-tracked by Immigration, Refugees, & Citizenship Canada.
Program Categories
The BC PNP is one of the largest in Canada in terms of the number of subprograms and their streams divided into several categories to target different types of applicants. These categories include:
This stream is for skilled and semi-skilled workers in high-demand occupations in BC. It is further divided into sub-categories:

Skilled Worker: For individuals with significant work experience in a high-demand occupation and obtained a legal Job offer from a B.C. company.

Healthcare Professional: For doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers who get a job offer for one of 11 required health activities.

International Graduate: For graduates, who graduated from Canadian post-secondary institutions. A Job Offer must be from a BC company, qualified for this sub-category.

International Post-Graduate: For graduates with a master’s or doctoral degree in the natural, applied, or health sciences from a BC institution. Don’t need a Job offer.

Entry Level and Semi-Skilled: For semi-skilled workers in tourism, hospitality, long-haul trucking, food processing, or for entry-level workers, who work and live at the territory of the Northeast Development Region of B.C.
4. The BC PNP Tech Pilot is a specialized immigration pathway designed to attract skilled tech workers to British Columbia (BC), Canada. It provides a fast-tracked route for international tech workers and graduates to secure permanent residency. There are 29 selected occupations eligible to participate in the Tech Pilot.
