1. All consultations are performed by RCIC licensed by College of Immigration Consultation Canada upon receipt of the signed Initial Consultation Agreement.
2. The time limit of the consultation is described in the booking form (e.g. 30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins or 120 mins depending on the type of consultation chosen). Unused time will not be a credit to the customer.
3. The consultation will be conducted via online communication means
4. RCIC will not answer any follow up questions after the consultation.
5. Recording of the consultation is not authorized.
6. Cancelation or rescheduling of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. You may reschedule your consultation at no cost two times.
7. Appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled later than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
8. The fee for a missed appointment will not be refunded.
9. Customers who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will not be refunded nor rescheduled. The appointment will be cancelled if the Customer is more than 15 minutes late.
10. By booking an appointment customer agrees to provide only genuine and truthful information.
11. If the Immigration Consultant does not attend, due to illness or emergency, the consultation will be rescheduled at the Customer’s convenience within the available hours, at no additional cost to the client
12. By booking “Audit Review before Submission” consultation, the Customer understands and agrees that RCIC will provide only consultation service. RCIC will not act as an Authorized Representative and will not be held responsible for an outcome of the case

13. Unused time will not be a credit to the customer.

14. All information and documentation provided to us shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or otherwise required by law
